Let a Geek Squad Agent install a garage door control kit and connect it to your wireless home network. Once the kit is installed, the Agent will help you download the mobile app and show you how to use the device's remote-control functionality.* This service takes about an hour. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a redemption code. You can then schedule your appointment by calling 1-800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778).** Please print your Geek Squad confirmation e-mail and be ready when the Agent arrives at your chosen location.

Before we begin
When we arrive at your home, we'll verify that your desired interface location has the necessary wireless signal strength. If it doesn't, we'll talk through the options for strengthening the signal.
Mounting the interface unit
We'll mount the interface unit to a wall or ceiling according to the manufacturer's specifications. We'll make sure any of the unit's status lights are visible from the entrance to your garage.
Installing the door sensors
We'll install any included door sensors according to the manufacturer's specifications, and we'll attach a warning placard to the wall next to the door control.
Connecting to your network
We'll download and configure the applicable app on your smartphone or tablet, and configure your wireless network as necessary.
Final steps
We'll make sure your door is working properly and show you how to use it.
*This service does not include modifications to the garage door, tracks or other components, network setup and configuration, or computer troubleshooting or repair.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas.
