Sit back and let a Geek Squad Agent set up your VR and connect it to your home network and devices. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a redemption code. You can then schedule your appointment by calling 1-800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778). Please print your Geek Squad confirmation e-mail and be ready when the Agent arrives at your chosen location.

When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Check for compatibility
We'll make sure your computer, operating system, and network meet VR requirements, help you create a user account, and download and install the VR software.
Connect your VR
We’ll connect the VR headset, controller or remote, and sensor. We’ll setup and configure your VR according to the manufacturer instructions and install 1 demo VR title.
Test your VR
We’ll demonstrate how to use the new system and components, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
Final steps
We’ll verify that your VR is operating properly, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.
This service does not include computer or network setup or configuration except as specifically called out above.
This service does not include installation of additional VR software or hardware and peripherals, or additional hardware needed to ensure proper connection between the VR system, computer, and display.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
